Cardio Clear 7 Ingredients: The Three Named Actives

Cardio Clear 7 names three ingredients: CoQ10, shilajit extract and PQQ disodium salt.

No amount is listed for any of the three here, so read the panel on your own bottle for the exact figures.

Before you start, see who should ask a pharmacist first.

01

What is known, and what is not

Quick answer

The written pack names no ingredients. Under Named list it carries one sentence: Follow the current bottle panel.

Three ingredients are named on one graphic: CoQ10, shilajit extract and PQQ disodium salt.

That graphic is generated artwork rather than a photograph. Its copy of the brand seal is misspelled.

No amount is declared for any of the three, anywhere in this pack.

The product is called Cardio Clear 7. Nothing explains the difference between the 7 and the three.

02

Why the provenance matters here

On every other site this desk has built, the ingredient names come from a photograph of the regulated document that is legally required to carry them. Here they come from a marketing image that got the brand's own slogan wrong. The names may well be right — this site has no reason to think they are not — but may well be right is a different thing from transcribed, and the difference is worth a sentence every time.

03

The three, and what the sources say

  • 01from a generated graphicCoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10)NIH calls the heart evidence inconclusiveno amount is declared for this ingredient, or for either of the other two
    what the sources say

NCCIH is direct about this one: only a few studies have looked at whether CoQ10 might help prevent heart disease, and their results are inconclusive, and research on the effects of CoQ10 in heart failure is also inconclusive. It adds that on statin-related muscle pain the overall scientific evidence does not support the idea that CoQ10 can reduce muscle pain, that no serious side effects of CoQ10 have been reported, and that it may interact with the anticoagulant (blood thinner) warfarin and with insulin. The capsules in the seller's own photograph are printed Co Q10 — ubidecarenone, which is the international name for coenzyme Q10.

  • 02from a generated graphicShilajit Extractan ayurvedic material; no government dose foundno amount is declared for this ingredient, or for either of the other two
    what the sources say

Shilajit is a mineral pitch used in ayurvedic medicine. None of the government sources this site opened publishes a human dose for it. What FDA does publish about this category is a warning: some unapproved ayurvedic products include heavy metals, such as lead, mercury, arsenic, iron and zinc and typically are not labeled to contain them, and using such products may result in high blood pressure, kidney injury, fatigue. That warning names other products, not this one, and no certificate of analysis or heavy-metal test result was supplied with this product. FDA's advice is to talk with your health care provider before using ayurvedic products.

  • 03from a generated graphicPQQ Disodium Saltfood-use levels up to 20 mg a serving in GRAS noticesno amount is declared for this ingredient, or for either of the other two
    what the sources say

PQQ disodium salt is the subject of GRAS notices to FDA for use in beverages. The notice this site opened (GRN 709) proposes maximum levels of 8 to 20 mg per 240 mL serving depending on the drink, and estimates a 90th-percentile intake of 63.1 mg a person a day if every food were used at the maximum level. Those are food-ingredient levels, not a studied dose for any health effect, and this site found no human efficacy dose for PQQ in any government source it opened. No amount of it is declared on this product anyway.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration →

Three cards, because three is how many ingredients this pack names. The product is called Cardio Clear 7, and nothing supplied explains the difference. Not one of the three carries an amount.

Why there is no dose chart

Why there is no chart here

Every other site in this series ends this section with a chart: the label's amount against the dose the research used, one row per ingredient. That chart cannot be drawn for this product. One of its two axes does not exist, and the other depends on three names that come from a picture rather than from a label.

  1. CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10)named only on a generated graphic
    declared on this productnothing
published for this ingredientNIH calls the heart evidence inconclusive
  2. Shilajit Extractnamed only on a generated graphic
    declared on this productnothing
published for this ingredientan ayurvedic material; no government dose found
  3. PQQ Disodium Saltnamed only on a generated graphic
    declared on this productnothing
published for this ingredientfood-use levels up to 20 mg a serving in GRAS notices

A dose chart needs two numbers per row: what the label declares and what the research used. This product declares nothing, for any of the three — and the only list of the three is generated artwork rather than a photograph of a label. Drawing a chart here would mean inventing one axis and trusting the other to a picture that misspells its own brand.

05

Where every fact came from

Where every fact on this site came from

The written pack supplied with this product contains no ingredient list. Under Named list it carries one sentence: Follow the current bottle panel. The bottle panel is the thing that was not supplied. So rather than a transcription, this site publishes a ledger: every fact it states, and the source it came from, strongest first.

5

The bottle photograph

A photograph of the actual product. The strongest source in this pack.

  • The product's name

    CARDIOCLEAR7, with a trademark mark.

  • The brand

Simple Promise, with the line WE FOLLOW THE SCIENCE beneath it. Spelled correctly on the bottle.

  • The two claims

Supports a Healthy Heart* and Helps Maintain Healthy Cellular Energy*. Both are structure-function phrasing.

  • The count

    30 CAPSULES, 30 Day Supply.

  • The form

Capsules. The written pack says only see the sales page / label.

2

A generated graphic

Not a photograph. Its copy of the brand's own seal is misspelled, which is how this site knows it was generated.

  • The three ingredient names

CoQ10, Shilajit Extract and PQQ Disodium Salt, from the generated INSIDE CARDIO CLEAR 7 graphic. This is the only source for them anywhere in the pack, and it is not a photograph.

  • The FDA disclaimer sentence

Printed along the foot of the same generated graphic.

4

The written brief

Prose supplied with the product. Useful for contact details and terms; it names no ingredients at all.

  • The order desk

A phone number, described as the BuyGoods default order desk.

  • The two New York addresses

An office and a returns address.

  • The guarantee

60 days from purchase unless the sales page prints a longer window — which is a term that defers to a document this site has not seen.

  • The lot and CoA references

Draft labels for a production run. Neither is a test result.

5

Nothing supplied it

This site prints no figure and describes the hole instead.

  • Any amount, for any ingredient

No milligram figure appears anywhere in this pack.

  • The serving size and directions

The written pack says Follow the label; the label text supplied is the front of the bottle, which carries no directions.

  • The price

The written pack says the prices are the ones printed at the checkout. No figure was supplied.

  • Any caution, storage or allergen line

Nothing on any supplied artwork warns about anything.

  • The Supplement Facts panel

No photograph of the back of the bottle exists in this pack.

Four of these rows are in the bottom group, which is the honest summary of this pack. The three ingredient names sit in the second group rather than the first, and they are marked that way everywhere they appear on this site.

Four things to settle before you pay

No price, no amounts, no directions and no certificate of analysis were supplied to this site. These are the questions that close the gap, and all four have short answers.

One Cardio Clear 7 bottle: a white jar with a navy and gold label under the Simple Promise mark, reading CARDIOCLEAR7, Supports a Healthy Heart, Helps Maintain Healthy Cellular Energy, Dietary Supplement, 30 CAPSULES, 30 Day Supply. This is the front. No photograph of the back of the bottle was supplied to this site.
  1. 01
Ask for a photograph of the back of the bottle

This is the one that unlocks everything else. The written pack's whole ingredient section is Follow the current bottle panel, and the bottle panel was not supplied. Without it there is no serving size, no amount, no other-ingredients line and no allergen statement. The order desk is on +1 (302) 200-3480.

  2. 02
    Ask what the 7 counts

The product is called Cardio Clear 7. The only ingredient list in this pack names three. It is a fair question and it has a short answer.

  3. 03
Ask how much CoQ10 is in a capsule

That is the figure the whole product rests on, and it is not declared. NCCIH's position is that the heart-disease and heart-failure evidence for CoQ10 is inconclusive even at studied doses; at an undisclosed one there is nothing to assess at all.

  4. 04
Ask for a heavy-metal test on the shilajit

Shilajit is an ayurvedic mineral pitch. FDA has warned that some unapproved ayurvedic products contain lead, mercury or arsenic and typically are not labeled to contain them. That warning names other products, not this one — which is exactly why a test result for this one is worth asking for. The pack gives a CoA reference, which is the name of a document rather than its contents.
